History and Location
Modernist style building, constructed in 1915. During the industrial development of Granada, from the late 19th to the early 20th century, the city inaugurated what is still its main avenue today: the Gran Vía de Colón.
Facing its northeast facade, you have the Metropolitan Cathedral of Granada. Granada’s Gran Vía is bounded by the Plaza de Isabel la Católica to the south, and by the Jardines del Triunfo and the Avenida de la Constitución to the north.
